3 Bedroom House – Grosvenor Street

Tregothan our heritage listed house at the entrance to our property, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ideal for large families or groups of up to 8 guests. The first floor consists of a lovely entrance from Grosvenor Street, main bedroom with 1 x Queen bed and ensuite, small sitting room with TV, large formal lounge room with partners desk for those who still need to work whilst away from home, bathroom with separate toilet, laundry, large open plan kitchen and dining opening up to a courtyard perfect for sitting outside in the summer months. Upstairs takes you to 2 bedrooms the first consisting of 1 x Queen bed and 1 x Single bed the second 3 x single beds.

IMPORTANT: Please note that currently there is no off-street parking for this house. Parking is on Grosvenor Street. (during the day when Grosvenor Street is at its busiest we are more than happy for your car to be parked in our car park. Check with reception daily as your car may be able to be left in the car park overnight depending on availability)

Please note we do not allow sporting teams to stay in this house.

The 3 Bedroom Grosvenor Street house will be given a basic service each day this includes replacing of towels and rubbish removal. If you are staying 8 or more nights we will clean your apartment once during your stay. This will include a linen change, bathroom and kitchen clean along with vacuuming and mopping of your floors. Extra cleaning can be organised for a small fee if needed. Please note that as we do not open on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day we do not service apartments on these days.

Please note the maximum occupancy is strictly 8 guests (including children of all ages). If on arrival the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the property reserves the right to refuse the reservation and the money will not be refunded.

Please note there are no alternative bedding configurations.

Please note this property has a strict ‘No Party Policy’.

Please contact our property prior to arrival if your arrival will be after reception closes to organise a code for key collection. Guests will then need to confirm numbers, sign check-in policies and make payments the following day.
