Our 4 Bedroom Grosvenor Street house was built in the early 1900’s and has undergone a beautiful renovation by its current owners. It is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests. With entry via its own private driveway located at 40 Grosvenor St where there is ample parking for 2 cars it is a home away from home. Entry is from the back of the house into a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The kitchen comes complete with oven, ceramic cook top, full size fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and butler’s pantry. There is a dining setting for 8 guests and the lounge room consists of 2 x 3 seater couches and a large LCD Smart TV. There are 4 bedrooms 3 of which have Queen size beds and the 4th bedroom 2 x Single Beds. All have LCD TV’s. The main bedroom has a ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The main bathroom consists of a walk in shower, 1500mm bath, vanity and toilet. The Laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
The house is all on the one level.
The house is not serviced daily. For stays of 8 or more nights the house will be cleaned once during the week.
Maximum occupancy is strictly 8 people this includes children of all ages. If on arrival your reservation exceeds the maximum occupancy your reservation will be refused and money will not be refunded.
Bedding is unable to be moved or changed.
No Bucks or Hens Nights.
Guests are required to sign a noise policy and damage policy on check-in.
Please contact reservations on 03 62233422 prior to arrival to arrange check-in during office hours. After hours check-ins will be via a key safe box located at the back door to the property. Guests will need to meet, confirm numbers and sign check-in polices and make payment the following day.
