Grosvenor Court Apartments is a Tasmanian owned and operated accommodation business.

Superbly located in the quiet picturesque streets of Sandy Bay, one of Hobart’s most exclusive suburbs, lies this unique accommodation experience. Grosvenor Court offers spacious Studio, 2 Bedroom Apartments and two beautiful 3 Bedroom Houses. We currently also have available a 4 Bedroom House which has been fully renovated located next door to our property at 40 Grosvenor Street, Sandy Bay.

Our apartments offer the finest in accommodation designed with a blend of classic and contemporary style to suit families, couples, large groups or the corporate traveller.

Grosvenor Court Apartments is located within easy walking distance of Sandy Bay Beach, Hobart city centre, Salamanca Place, Battery Point and Constitution Dock with Wrest Point Casino and the University of Tasmania also just minutes away.

Staff are available during office hours to help you book tours, order taxis or for general information on what you can do in and around Hobart.

Apartments are given a basic service each day this includes replacing of towels and rubbish removal. If you are staying 8 or more nights we will clean your apartment once during your stay. This will include a linen change, bathroom and kitchen clean along with vacuuming and mopping of your floors. Extra cleaning can be organised for a small fee if needed. Please note that as we do not open on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day we do not service apartments on these days.

RECEPTION CLOSES at 6.00pm Mon – Sat and 5pm Sun (Public Holiday: 11.00am). To avoid delays on check-in please contact Grosvenor Court PRIOR TO ARRIVAL to arrange for key collection. Reception is Closed: Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Our apartments are not air-conditioned but each apartment has a portable fan if required. The 4 Bedroom House does have air-conditioning in the kitchen/lounge room. Each apartment has heating.

Off-Street parking for one car per apartment booked. 3 Bedroom Princes Street has off-street parking for 2 cars. 3 Bedroom Grosvenor Street has no off-street parking available. 4 Bedroom Grosvenor Street has off-street parking for 2 or more cars.

Not all of our apartments are on the ground floor and we have no lift access. Please contact us if you require ground floor before booking to see if we can assist.

Please note that the maximum occupancy for each apartment type is strictly adhered to (this includes children of all ages). If on arrival the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the property reserves the right to refuse the reservation and money paid will not be refunded.

No animals/pets allowed.

A deposit of the first night’s accommodation must be paid at the time the reservation is made. This deposit is non refundable.
