We are pleased to announce that our heritage listed house “Tregothan” is now available for guest accommodation. The house is situated on Grosvenor Street at the entrance to our property. Split over two levels the house consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs the first with 3 x single beds and the second with 1 x queen bed and 1 x single bed. Downstairs the main bedroom with 1 x queen bed, features an ensuite bathroom. There is a large open plan kitchen/dining area opening up onto a peaceful courtyard where you can sit back and relax. There is a small lounge room to watch tv, a large lounge room equipped with tv, DVD player and a full size partners desk to use if you still need to get some work done on your holiday. Downstairs also has the main bathroom with a separate toilet and laundry facilities.  Rates quoted online are for 6 people with an additional $20 per night for each extra person.
